Place is nice and room is otherwise ok, but atleast room 9 had a very strong smell and visible growth of black mold in the shower.||Check in was late and check-out way too early, 10 am. Didn't think we got enough value for 120 pounds, 80 pounds would have been acceptable (if mold ever is).

We went for,a birthday,meal.decided on the carvery.all hot and well presented.staff were great.even place candles,and lite them for person whom birthday it was been before shall go again

Went for Sunday carvery at 12.30 opened at 12.00. Turkey ok, beef was stringy. Was given a charger but plate was cold. Roast potatoes were cold and hard, tasted as though they had been warmed up at some point. All vegetables were cold, Yorkshire pudding was inedible burnt and hard and cold. I ordered sorbet, one scoop was half melted mess in the dish the other was minuscule. Would not recommend.

Mmm, well, what can I say? Great customer service, but there were 4 of us altogether in the pub for a lunchtime meal ,which was nice but nothing special. 2 other people did turn up as we were about to leave .so it was OK but not great.

Had Christmas day dinner. Food and service was really good, no complaints at all. First time we have ever done this and would definitely recommend the Walhampton.
